We are off to a busy start with a jam packed tasting day this weekend at our Game & Wild Food Cookery School. It's another Decision Making Dinner Day! Six brides and their grooms are expected and we hope they are hungry! Our chefs are getting ready to wow a beef mad groom, a tea party fan and an all Italian family (no pressure!). Another couple are hoping to finalise their delicious cold summer buffet with plenty of fish on the menu and another eager to confirm their Kosher choices.
